are you?

An ideal customer profile (ICP) is a hypothetical description of a company’s ideal customer. It’s based on real data, such as a business’s size, budget, sales cycle, and industry. It also includes details about the customer, such as their title, industry, budget, age, location, and purchasing behavior.

Here are some characteristics of an ideal customer:

  • Demographics: Age, business objective, and geographical location
  • Personal factors: Interests, lifestyle, and family
  • Pain points: How your product solves their problems
  • Buying patterns: Buying patterns and goals
  • Interaction history: Interaction history
  • motivations: Motivations

Companies that fit your ICP are vital for revenue generation as they are more likely to buy, stay loyal to your product, and refer you to others.

Here are some steps you can take to create an ICP:

  1. List down your best customers
  2. Analyze your customers
  3. Compile a list of the notable attributes
  4. Identify your customer’s challenges
  5. Mention your unique value proposition
  6. Document your ICP
  7. Review and revise

You can use your ICP as a strategy guide to creating personalized experiences.

What are the 4 types of customer profile?

  • Using quick-turn research tools for consumer surveys.

I would say all of this is great information, but if I had to pick who “my People” are- it would be these CHARACTERISTICS:

  1. KIND
  2. Respectful
  3. On a Journey of Daily Self Improvement
  4. Courteous
  5. Self Aware – i.e. #6
  6. Social, financially, emotionally, physically, spiritually, energetically and mentally aware
  7. Philanthropic
  8. Needs my assistance and skills
